Packaging plays an important role in sustainability within 6XTY. Both of the pump bottles are mono-material. What this means is that there is no need to take apart the container to divide it into the appropriate recycling bins. Pumps usually have a small metal spring in the mechanism to draw up the product. This makes the pump unrecyclable as the material is mixed. But these airless bottles not only protect the product but also make recycling much easier as there is no metal in them. The cleanser bottle is also a mono-material and can be recycled in the same way. Please remove the labels before putting them into the recycling bin.

The outer packaging is printed locally on FSC paper and because there is no glue, you can tear it into pieces and pop it into the compost pile.

We use AnPost in Ireland to deliver because they are coming to your homes anyway, and we don’t want to add more vehicles to the road. 

The shipping boxes are recyclable and sealed with gummed paper tape.

Biodegradable, acid-free tissue paper and stickers are used when packing your orders.

Even the gloves worn in the lab while creating and packing your product are landfill biodegradable green nitrile.
